Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 - selected at checkout. Free Shipping over £50 will be sent out using Tracked 48.

Whilst every care is taken to prevent breakages, shipping is out of my control once it leaves the studio. On the very rare occasion you do receive any damaged goods, please contact me as soon as possible and a claim will be opened with Royal Mail. Please ensure you take images and documentation of your package and its condition.
